Our packages are reasonably priced, and you can complete the online booking with just a few clicks. The prices mentioned on the website are for one person. It excludes charges such as passport or visa fees, accommodation charges, tips given to tour guides or drivers, laundry, and room services. Please note that our rates are susceptible to change depending on flight tickets, hotel tariffs, or other travel expenses.
Non Personal Information :Our system automatically compiles a set of users’ non personal information when they visit our website, which covers, but not limited to, computer type, browser name, operating system, and such other technical details.
You can pay through credit cards and we accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diners. You must enter your credit card details to complete the entire payment process, and that will be displayed on the statement.
Once payment is completed, you would receive a confirmation slip on the email id that you provided. You can take a printout of this slip and show it as proof of payment to redeem the tour package. Please ensure that the information you provide related to your travel requirements is accurate.
You will not receive any refunds if you do not show up for the tour. This policy also applies to sightseeing tours, car-rentals, unused tickets, and so on. It is also impossible to reschedule confirmed tours or any other travel-related services.
It would be best if you informed us in writing in case you want to cancel any tours. We will confirm the cancellation through email, telephone, or fax once we receive your request. If there is any cancelation fee, we will inform you about the same. We are in no way responsible if we haven’t obtained the cancellation request from you or we have not confirmed it.
Itinerary amendments are possible due to weather conditions, local situations, airway schedules, etc. In such cases, we will offer you similar tour packages, as per the availability. We will inform you of any change in the itinerary before departure. Kindly note that Desert safari in Dubai has the right to make minor alterations in the itinerary without providing any refunds or reimbursement. We do not grant any reimbursements in major or natural incidents such as floods, earthquakes, etc.
The tour packages do not include travel insurance. Desert safari in Dubai is not responsible for any kind of accidents, injury, illness, etc., that occur during the trip. Please book your travel insurance before your travel.
All travellers must carry essential documents like a passport, valid ID card, etc., while going on tours. This especially applies to people traveling from a foreign country. In case you are unable to go for the tour because of any document issue, Desert safari in Dubai is not entitled to reimburse you for the same.
Kindly check with your respective consulate about current visas, health requirements, and entry requisites while traveling to a particular country.
