The highlight of the place is that it has the tallest indoor skydiving flight chamber as well as the tallest indoor climbing wall in the world. Indoor Sky Diving

Instead of jumping off from a plane and landing via parachute, you are propelled and kept afloat by the controlled wind that comes from the bottom of the vertical wind tunnel. With 32 feet width and 104 feet height, the skydiving wind tunnel has broken the world record of being the biggest indoor skydiving tunnel on the planet. It offers a skydiving experience for beginners as well as professional skydivers. The best part is that anyone as young as 3 years of age can try skydiving here. The maximum weight limit here is 115 kg.

If you want to enjoy this experience, you need to arrive and check in at the reception an hour before your allotted time. First, a flight instructor would talk to you about basic body techniques that you need to know. Moreover, he or she would also tell you about the safety instructions that you need to follow. This will be followed by gearing up for the main event. You have to wear the flying suit, safety goggles and helmet. Once this is done, you move to wait for your turn for the fun skydiving experience. An instructor would be there with you at all times. He or she would help you learn some cool moves while you are floating in the air.

Indoor Climbing

The indoor climbing area gives you the chance to enjoy rock climbing in a safe and secure environment. However, this does not mean that rock climbing at CLYMB Abu Dhabi is only for beginners. The indoor climbing section has five walls, namely the Boulder, the Beginner, the Intermediate, the Advanced and the Summyt. The Summyt, at the height of 18 ft (42 meters), is the tallest indoor climbing wall in the world.

Once you have booked your tickets for climbing, you need to arrive at the reception at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Here, your climbing instructors would first try to gauge your skill level and identify the level that is suitable for you. After this, you would be provided with the safety instructions and a lesson on basic climbing techniques. This is followed by gearing up for the main activity by wearing a helmet, climbing shoes and harness.
